    Author Guidelines
    Manuscript Preparation Guidelines (Short Format)

    1. Language
    Manuscripts are accepted in the following languages:
    Azerbaijani
    English
    Russian
    Turkish
    Regardless of the manuscript language, the title, abstract, and keywords must be provided in English.

    2. Article Structure (International Standard)
    Title
    Should be clear, informative, and reflect the content of the study.
    Recommended length: 6–8 words, but must not exceed 13 words.
    Avoid abbreviations.

    Full name(s) of the author(s)
    Institutional affiliation (department, university, country)
    Corresponding author’s email
    ORCID ID (recommended)

    Abstract (250–500 words)
    The abstract should clearly include:
    Purpose of the study
    Methodology
    Key findings
    Conclusions
    Keywords
    4–6 keywords
    Provided in English

    3. Main Text Structure (IMRaD)
    The manuscript should follow the international IMRaD format:
    Introduction – background, relevance, and research objectives
    Methods / Methodology – research design, data, and analytical methods
    Results – findings presented clearly, supported by tables and figures
    Discussion – interpretation of results, comparison with existing studies
    Conclusion – summary of findings, implications, and recommendations

    4. Technical Formatting
    Paper size: A4
    Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
    Line spacing: 1.5
    Margins: 2 cm on all sides
    Text alignment: Justified
    Do not include page numbers (they will be added by the journal)

    5. Tables and Figures
    Must be numbered sequentially (e.g., Table 1, Figure 1)
    Each must include a clear title
    Source information must be provided where applicable

    6. References
    APA 7th edition format
    All sources must be cited in the text (Author, Year)
    Recent and scholarly sources (preferably from the last 5–10 years) are recommended

    7. Submission Requirements
    The manuscript must be original and free of plagiarism.
    Language and formatting must be carefully checked.
    Files should be submitted in DOCX format.
    Due to the double-blind peer review process, two separate files must be prepared:
    Anonymous Manuscript File (without author names or identifying information)
    Title Page File, including:
    Full author names and affiliations
    Corresponding author details
    ORCID IDs 
    Author Contributions
    Conflict of Interest Statement
    Funding Information (if any)
    Ethical Considerations
    Acknowledgements (if applicable)
